at Beek Health, I played a pivotal role in creating a revolutionary health management platform.
By meticulously designing the UI layout and crafting a comprehensive design system for mobile and web, I simplified the user experience.
Features like automated data aggregation from hospital visits, streamlined onboarding, personalized health monitoring, and a curated resource section were meticulously implemented.
One of the standout contributions was the development of a cost navigation feature. This feature accurately estimates hospital visit costs through careful design and collaboration, empowering users with invaluable financial transparency in their healthcare decisions.
Approach
Though my initial involvement was predominantly on the visual design side, I recognized the significance of user feedback. I conducted extensive usability testing with over 30 participants, utilizing prototypes to gather insights and refine the user interface for optimal user engagement and satisfaction.
